How long will my order take?

We engrave and dispatch within 3 business days (or 1 business day with Rush Processing). Royal Mail Tracked 48 then takes 2–3 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

What is the necklace made of?

316L stainless steel with a silver finish, or 18K gold or 18K rose gold PVD plating. It's hypoallergenic for most people and resists water and tarnish.

Can I wear it in the shower?

Yes, stainless steel and PVD plating handle water well. To keep the finish bright for longer, take it off before swimming in chlorinated pools and avoid perfume and lotions on the pendant.

Can I return a personalised necklace?

Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind, but if anything is faulty or engraved incorrectly we'll remake or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I see my design before it's engraved?

Yes. For photo and pet portrait necklaces, tick "Email me a design proof" on the product page and we'll email your line-art drawing for approval before we engrave it.

What photo works best for a portrait?

A clear, well-lit photo where faces or your pet's features are in focus and not cut off. Up to 4 people or pets per pendant.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Can I change my engraving after ordering?

Yes, free of charge until we start engraving. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
