Every order is engraved by hand-guided laser in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter studio and posted from Birmingham.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including Highlands & Islands).
Processing (engraving) time
- Standard: engraved and dispatched within 3 business days of your order.
- Rush Processing (+£10): engraved and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) Monday–Friday count from that day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: standard 3–6 business days; with Rush Processing and Special Delivery, as fast as 2 business days.
Tracking
All parcels are tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Christmas and peak dates
We publish our last order dates for Christmas on our homepage each year. Royal Mail delivery times can be longer during peak periods and severe weather.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
