Every Art Engraving order is sent by Royal Mail with tracking. Here's how to see where yours is.

Track your parcel

Enter the Royal Mail tracking number from your dispatch email. It usually starts with two letters and ends in "GB".

Where is my order up to?

Stage	What it means	Typical time
Order confirmed	You receive an order confirmation email straight away.	Immediately
Being engraved	We are engraving and checking your piece in our workshop.	Within 3 working days (1 with Rush Processing)
Dispatched	We email your Royal Mail tracking number.	When it leaves the workshop
Delivered	Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Special Delivery: next working day by 1pm.	See our Shipping Policy

No tracking email yet?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Art Engraving.
• Your order may still be being engraved; tracking is sent on dispatch.
• You can also see your order status by opening the link in your order confirmation email, or by signing in to your account.

Parcel late or missing?

If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us with your order number and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
